Made by Trenton, the CaterChef Digital timer offers both a timer and countdown function (up to 99min 59s) and is perfect for timing espresso shots or pour overs.  Powered by a single AAA battery (included) it also features a magnetic mount which also can be used as a clip-on mount as well.
